Email
To the insurer
This is what actually goes out β addressed to the insurer's approvals desk, with the employer copied.
Send via Gmail opens Gmail compose addressed from satyam.g@plumhq.com (sign-in prompt if that account isn't already logged in), with each field on its own Label: Value line so it stays readable in Gmail's proportional font β attachments are listed in the body but still need to be dragged in from case-documents.zip yourself, a hard Gmail/browser limit. Send via Resend actually sends the email as real HTML, via a small local server holding the Resend API key β see the banner below for what it needs and its sandbox limits. It also can't attach files yet.
β οΈ Send via Resend needs claimassist-server running locally (node server.js with RESEND_API_KEY set) and the page opened from http://localhost:8877 β it won't work from a file opened directly or from the hosted Artifact link. Without a verified sending domain in Resend, delivery only succeeds when To/CC matches the email address on your Resend account; the From address will show as onboarding@resend.dev.
Automation
Automated follow-up (after you send)
Once sent, the agent takes over: if there's no reply within 2 minutes, it automatically re-sends to the insurer with the L2 contact added, repeating every 2 minutes until the insurer replies with an approval.
β οΈ Not live yet β this section shows what the agent will do once it's connected. It needs: an email connector (Gmail/Outlook) that can send & read replies, and the Slack connector enabled for this workspace. Tell me once both are ready and I'll wire the real automation.
